Our annual meeting for all 35 partners…

…took place in September in Oslo

The RAY Network Meeting took place from 11 – 14 September 2023 in Oslo, Norway. The meeting was organised by the RAY Network Coordination (at the Finnish National Agency for Education, EDUFI) and the host, the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs, National Agency for Erasmus+: Youth.

The RAY Network Meeting brought all RAY Network Partners together – currently 35 National Agencies of the European Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps) and their research partners.

The aims of the meeting were to discuss and reflect emerging issues from RAY Monitoring surveys for Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps; to get first insights on results from monitoring data; to explore the impact of monitoring data on ongoing thematic research projects; to deepen the understanding of existing research results along programme priorities and strategic objectives; to take decisions on upcoming RAY research activities and RAY business as well as to connect the RAY partners and have a joint space for exchange.

Additionally, a RAY Researchers Meeting and a RAY NA Newcomers Session took place on 11 September.

This meeting was an internal event of the RAY Network BUT we were also hosting a panel discussion on ‘First insights from the RAY Monitoring surveys on the impact of Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps’ – in case you have missed it, you can re-watch the panel HERE.
